This Privacy Policy describes the practices of LoisLab (“LoisLab”, “we” or “us”) regarding our collection, use, and disclosure of information (including Personal Information, defined below) through our website at https://loislab.org and the related software and services provided there (collectively, the“Service”). Our mission is to provide learning opportunities, free of charge, to teachers and students and we collect the minimum amount of information we need to serve that mission. To put it plainly, we collect as little information as possible and keep it for the shortest duration we can in order to operate our service.
Applicability
Please note that this Privacy Policy only applies to the Services. Information From Children
Our Site and Service are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information (as defined in this Privacy Policy) from children under the age of 13. We only use Log Information (as defined in this Privacy Policy) collected from children under the age of 13 to support the internal operations of our Service. If we learn that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with Personal Information in violation of this Privacy Policy, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information from our files as soon as is practicable.
